Mustard Field (watercolor and ink, 5" x 7") is a rough sketch of the two palm trees and old ranch house in the mustard field below the high school on the corner of Main Street and Cabrillo Hwy. I hope to go back and work on this scene some more.The two palm trees seem out of place, and the old house is in such poor condition. It makes me wonder about the history of the place.
