Pigeon Point Lighthouse, oil on canvas board, 12 x 9" is the same painting that I did in watercolor, but I switched to oils. I like the windows in the lighthouse, the water splashing, and the mustard in the loose foreground.

I like the rust on the lighthouse....i did an evening sunset painting (acrylic) so its just a silhouette. I am guessing you painted it from a picture, because artists would paint the foreground in detail vs pictures always have foreground blurry. I would prefer sharper foreground, but then it also focuses your attention right to the lighthouse which is good. keep painting. Awesome.
